We’re excited to announce that we have officially settled into our brand new office space, marking an important milestone in the Company’s journey since we began in 2017. Moving into our new office is a reflection of how far we’ve come as a company and our commitment to fostering growth, innovation, and collaboration.
The new space, located in a modern building closer to major transit hubs, was carefully selected to ensure it aligns with our evolving needs. Directly across from Vancouver’s main transportation hub, our team members have a more convenient and efficient commute, which is important as we continue to focus on employee well-being and work-life balance.
One of the most exciting aspects of this move is that the entire team had a say in the design and layout of the office. Everyone contributed input on what they wanted—and didn’t want—creating a space that truly reflects our team culture. We took a non-traditional approach by positioning the bull pen and workstations by the windows to maximize natural light for the entire team, while the leadership team offices are located at the back of the office. This decision reinforces our commitment to fostering teamwork and transparency throughout the company.
The office itself boasts an open and airy atmosphere, with abundant natural light, greenery, and glass elements to keep the space bright and inviting. The design fosters creativity and productivity, providing the perfect environment for our team to innovate and deliver exceptional results for our clients. The new space is more than just an upgrade in size—it’s a reflection of our modern, dynamic approach as we continue to grow in the engineering industry.
In homage to our roots, we’ve incorporated an element of our previous office into the design. Our new boardroom features a brick accent wall, bringing a touch of character and warmth reminiscent of the brick that defined our old West Cordova office. It’s a small but meaningful nod to our beginnings and a reminder of the journey we’ve been on since our founding.
The move also comes with exciting amenities that cater to our team’s needs, further enhancing the work environment. From comfortable break areas to collaborative spaces, the new office is designed to be a hub of creativity, teamwork, and growth.
