Matthew has ~20 years of experience in Mining, Mineral Processing, Oil & Gas industries with a background in piping, mechanical and layout. He brings his extensive knowledge base, experience and enthusiasm to every project he is part of. Matthew has a strong leadership and project management skill set, that pairs well with his technical expertise in basic and detailed engineering. What inspired you to join the team here? Knowing Joel for a couple of years and seeing what he built, I wanted to join the Team and continue to build off his success.
What do you think makes our team culture unique? Working in the Engineering Consulting field for a number of years, the culture at Giffen is unique as it is closer to a Tech Startup vibe. Innovative and collaborative.
