We Rebranded.
In 2024, we unveiled a refreshed brand that reflects Giffen’s incredible evolution since our beginnings in 2017.
While staying true to our trusted blue, we introduced a vibrant green to symbolize growth, sustainability, and the exciting future ahead.
Our new look embodies our core values—experience, authenticity, support, and modernity—showcasing not just who we are today, but where we’re going.

We Moved.
After three years in our quaint office on W Cordova St., we took an exciting leap forward. This year, we upgraded to a custom-renovated space in a stunning new building designed to help our team grow and thrive. The new workspace fosters collaboration and creativity, with amenities that elevate the day-to-day experience for everyone.
And the best part? Our name is proudly displayed on the sign outside!

We Grew.
In the last two years, our team has grown by 55%.
We added expertise to our Project Services team, Engineering team (especially in the EIC and Structural departments), and a new Business Development team to help us reach out next set of goals.
As an leadership team we implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), integrating a complete set of simple tools with a proven process to ensure we produce powerful business results moving forward.
We Executed.
This year we implemented a robust Document and Change Management software called Kahua. Kahua is a cloud-based project management and collaboration platform designed for engineering and construction allowing Giffen to streamline our internal efficiencies and deliver better projects.
Giffen executed 88 project mandates for 22 clients. We take pride in our ability to deliver flexible strategies that are tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
We Volunteered.
On Halloween, Giffen Consulting and RBC teamed up to pack 1,000 bags of nutritious food for local children in need. Together, our teams of 11 raised $5,000 for Backpack Buddies BC, a charity that provides weekend meals to food-insecure kids across the province. It was a powerful reminder of the impact we can make through community support.

We Won Awards.
This year brought incredible recognition for our team. Despite a touch of imposter syndrome, we’re proud to share that Joel was honored with Business Elite’s 40 Under 40 Award, and Giffen ranked #68 on The Globe and Mail’s Top Growing Companies 2024—out of 416 companies nationwide!
